主講人簡介🤳🏼：李慶穎🦻🏼📸，香港理工大學博士🐭、博士後，沐鸣2平台電商物流系講師，研究方向為運營管理，在Operations Research Letters, Journal of the Operational Research Society 等期刊上發表多篇論文。

內容摘要→：講座主要介紹消費者的博弈選擇行為對排隊的影響，以及博弈均衡的表現，並結合博弈均衡選擇製定生產計劃。具體地，我們介紹在面向等待時間敏感的策略消費者時，一個具有有限生產容量的訂貨型隊列應該如何製定生產計劃🍮🤹🏽。潛在客戶按泊松過程隨機到達🧑🏽‍🚒，他們估計自身的效用函數💂🏽‍♀️，進而做出決定是留下來等待產品或直接離開並不購買🧑🏽‍🦰🦀。在此消費者行為特征下，我們分析了生產系統的預期成本，並提出一個搜索算法，用以獲得最優生產方案♻。

內容摘要：Design innovation is the engine of fashion. Many fashion firms outsource design innovation to their suppliers. Design outsourcing is on the rise in the fashion supply chain, but research in this area lags behind industry practice. In this paper, we examine how design outsourcing affects the supply chain, and we compare supply chain performance under an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) strategy versus an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) strategy.
